An Egg-y kind of Day

Stinkin snow! This is how we spent this Easter weekend. Hunting for eggs in the SNOW! It was so incredibly cold I thought perhaps we might be hunting for our frostbitten fingers instead of Easter eggs.

We also were invited to dye eggs at the local assisted living home. I made friends with an elderly lady when our ward went there to put on a home enrichment night. I introduced her to my kids and she loves us! Anyway, it was an all right day. We got free candy which is always a plus in my eyes.

Tommorrow, church- to learn about the greatest gift of all. The sacrifice and resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ. I am so grateful, so beyond appreciation for everything He has done on our behalf. He loves us that much. Have a Happy Easter Sunday, everyone.

P.s. I didn't get any pics of Bo in the snow because him and Ky were in 2 different groups and we only had one camera.

Oh the snow. That is going to be absolutely the hardest part of moving back to Idaho for me is the long long winter that goes until the end of April. I am really going to savor my next two Portland Springs.

I thought we had it bad with the cold wind. But nope you got us beat with SNOW! Yuck! I'm so glad our snow is GONE but it really needs to warm up! Tomorrow is going to be about 60 so I'm happy! Bring it on! Happy Easter!

It's a small world! I was looking at one of my friends blogs today
http://www.lymanfamilyof6.blogspot.com/ and was going through some people she has blogs for and on one I saw that they also read your blog! Small world! Ends up my friend knows your friend Lindy Wall http://brentandlindywall.blogspot.com/. I guess Darnell and her husband went to school together in Oregon. Crazy! How fun is that! Blog stocking can be a good thing! LOL

Hi! How are you doing? Your kids are growing up so fast (I guess mine are too). You have a new addition since I last talked to you. Congrats!

That sucks you still have snow. How thoughtful of you to think of old people on Easter. I guess we should all strive to have your caring heart :)
