Taking Flight

We visited the Teton Raptor Center in Wilson, Wyoming a few weeks ago. It was only about an hour and ten minutes away so not too bad. I have a friend who works there too, so he was nice enough to get us in for free. Free educational entertainment is always good. This raptor center educates visitors about birds of prey and rehabilitates and houses injured birds. They put on an hour show, and Kymora brought along Darnell's ginormous camera and took pictures like crazy. Hopefully there are a few that are good enough to enter into the fair this year.  Quinn was a little freaked out when the birds spread their wings because it made them look bigger. We were able to bask in the awesome birdy goodness of some raptors, owls, and a golden eagle.
